The Most Intense Scenes in Cinematic History: A Journey Through Emotion and Tension
- Matthew Vaughn once said that clarity is paramount in action filmmaking.
I won't show you the action scenes from Kingsman. That would be too easy.

This scene is from Captain America Civil War:
We see the murder in Tony's eyes as he speaks. "DID YOU KNOW?" He's never been like this before. This is a new Tony we see. A beast.
Steve tries to make an excuse, but he knows Tony would see right through him. "Yes."

Tony is taken aback. He feels betrayed. Suddenly, he lunges at Roger and charges at Bucky.

As the fight intensifies, the building begins to collapse. We see Tony following it, from the left side of the screen to the right.

We return to the foreground, Tony is still on the right side of the screen, his hands raised, he shoots Bucky. Our gaze now falls on his hand, on the left side, almost in the center of the screen.

Cut to Bucky, who jumps out of the scene. The beam hits exactly where we're looking.

Let's cut to Bucky. He presses a door button. Our gaze always stays on the same side of the screen. Each shot lasts only a few seconds, but we see everything.
This technique allows the audience to see all the action by drawing the line of their eyes. It is used throughout the fight. CLARITY.

Tony follows Bucky, about to fire another shot, but his aiming system is broken. He has to aim on his own.
He closes one eye and aims. He knows he couldn't hit Bucky. He shoots at a bigger target: the exit door.
We learn Tony's limit. His weakness. Unlike Bucky and Steve, he is not a trained soldier. This will have consequences later.

Tony catches up to him and asks him if he remembers killing his parent. Bucky doesn't lie, even for a chance of surviving.
We learn that Bucky isn't afraid. He runs away because he doesn't want to hurt Tony.

In hand-to-hand combat, Bucky and Steve are better. But Tony has better gadgets. They fight with their best strengths.

Bucky tries to remove the Arc Reactor. We discover another weakness of Tony. This gives us an idea of how they could beat Tony.
Steve is a fighter, but Tony is smarter. He analyzes Steve's fighting style. Intelligence has always been his greatest strength.
In the end, Bucky grabs Tony's leg. Steve gets a chance, rushes at him, throws him to the ground and crushes Tony's face. Again. And again.
Steve keeps crushing. He breaks the mask.
About to deliver the final blow, Tony is deflated, more scared than ever, covers his face. He is definitely dead!

Rogers is interested in the arc reactor. A twist.
As Rogers carries Bucky out, Tony and Steve's relationship ends. Steve drops his shield and chooses his best friend. The fight is over.
This movie is released on April 27, 2016, if you want to watch again on Neflix, I would like to suggest a FamilyPro source with a cheaper package compared to Neflix, but taking advantage of the services provided by Netflix Premium.
